Soapstone is a metamorphic rock, mostly found in Brazil. It bring the joys of a soft touch with the elegant feel to your home.
Despite being soft, the stone is much more dense than granite, marble, limestone or slate. This natural stone is impenetrable and does not allow acids or chemicals to stain its surface thereby making it suitable for bathroom/kitchen sinks and countertops.
